From the date of sale of the product, authorized repair outlets can provide maintenance for users of Yiku electric vehicles according to their needs. When maintenance personnel maintain electric vehicles for users, they must strictly comply with the company's service regulations.

The free maintenance of the entire vehicle includes checking whether all screws and nuts are sturdy, whether the control performance is good, whether the tires need to be replaced, whether the mechanical system is in good condition, whether the battery capacity meets the standard, and repairing the brush motor once a year. After maintenance, please fill it out carefully. The specific maintenance content is as follows:
(1) Conduct comprehensive debugging of the entire vehicle, check the electrical control circuit for any potential faults, and if any, eliminate them on site
(2) Adjust the front and rear brakes to ensure flexible and reliable braking
(3) Is the steering of the handlebars reliable, and is there any phenomenon of the handlebars and front forks sliding against each other
(4) Whether the battery socket is loose, whether the battery box lock is working, and whether the horn, headlight switch, and button are flexible and reliable
(5) Whether the battery box is shaking
(6) Adjust the front and rear wheel rims for the user and inflate the tires adequately
(7) Conduct key inspections on the front and rear axles, center axles, and front forks
(8) Check if the flywheel is flexible and properly apply engine oil
(9) Tighten all the bolts of the entire vehicle once and apply appropriate anti rust liquid
(10) Impart daily usage and maintenance experience to users
(11) Clean the entire vehicle and wipe it clean.

If any driving hazards are found during the maintenance process, they should be immediately resolved and explained to the user, reminding them to pay attention when cycling in the future.

In case of special circumstances, it should be explained to the user that the local office manager and maintenance network should negotiate to complete it within a certain time. If it cannot be completed on the same day, a turnover vehicle should be provided to the user.
